Charges filed against BJP Lawmaker’s brother and four others in Unnao Rape Case

A step forward is taken in the Unnao rape case against the lawmakers. CBI filed the first charges against the Lawmaker of Unnao’s Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s brother and other four people that are connected to the case and killing of a person whose daughter was assaulted and raped by the lawmaker himself.

The CBI placed their charges against Atul Singh Sengar, Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s brother; alias Jai Deep Singh and his co-conspirators Birendra Singh, Vinja Mishra alias Bauwa, Shashi Pratab Singh alias Suman Singh, and Ram Shaan Singh alias Sonu Singh, all reside in Unnao district village Makhi.

The charges that are placed by CBI are of murder and many other offensive crimes as per the spokesperson of CBI in Delhi.
While investigating the case, they have managed to arrest all the accused that were named in the complaint and are under the custody of judicial right now, said the spokesperson of CBI.

He added, "Further investigation, in this case, to look into the roles of others including an MLA, officials are continuing," 
The charge sheets are now taken under the record by Sapna Tripathi, Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI), in Lucknow and will be fixed on 11th July. The main purpose to do is so to take cognisance of the offences that are placed on the accused.
Even the judge is directing to the release of Shailendra Singh who happens to be alias with Shailu from jail, the CBI has exonerated him from the case.

The accused are charged under various sections by Anil Kumar, CBI investigator, of Indian Penal Code (IPC) that includes the murder of the father.

In the reports, CBI has mentioned names of the 76 to total witnesses and 53 documentary evidence that prove that the charges are correct. The complaint was filed on 12th April as registered by CBI.

The girl, 17-year-old accused that the lawmaker from Bengermay Uttar Pradesh raped her at his residence when she has gone to meet him with a relative that was seeking out jobs till last year.

She has gone to a different pillar of justice, posts and in front of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath official residence; she tried to self-immolate herself as per the police inaction allegation.

Her father came down from Delhi on 3rd April to attend a hearing for the registration of the case of his minor daughter rape by a lawmaker. It is alleged that he was beaten up in the evening in front of his house in which he attained some serious injuries. Even the local police with the arms act slapped him and put him in the jail where his injuries succumbed without being treated on time on 8th April.
