Trump faced criticism for asking a kid, “Do you still believe in Santa?”

Former US President Barack Obama’s picture of him dressed as Santa and giving gifts to children got viral last week. So, that was Obama, trying to make children happy. By becoming Santa himself.
But he is the former President, right? Donald Trump is the new face. The face that people want (or not, maybe). Trump didn’t dressed as Santa Claus, instead, he sat on a chair in White House and asked a kid on Phone, “Do still believe in Santa?” Now, that's classic Trump.
Ever heard the phrase You ruined my childhood? Trump did that to that kid, literally.
But he also faced criticism on Social Media for this.

Donald Trump, answering phone call from 7-year-old on Christmas Eve: "Are you still a believer in Santa? Because at seven it's marginal, right?"

If he’s not putting them in cages, he’s ruining their Christmas and belief in Santa. Way to go tRump. ????

#Trump believes climate change is a Chinese hoax, trade wars pay for themselves, and exercising will kill you, but sure, scoff at a child's belief in Santa. #ChristmasEve2018

I'm impressed. Trump managed to crash the stock market and ruin a little kid's belief in Santa in just 24 hours. That takes a truly unique type of talent.

Trump got there wrong. He should instead have asked “Are you still a believer in Democracy? Because in 2018 it’s marginal, right?”
