Seema Nanda who is an American Indian is elected as the new CEO last week of the opposition Democratic National Committee. She has vowed to fight for everyone and the soul of the country and will help in promoting the concept of Democrats in the whole nation.
The first Indian American that has managed to grab the seat of Democratic Party as a CEO either Republican National Committee or DNC said, "We are fighting now for the soul of our country -- for our democracy and for the opportunity," She took over her office on 23rd July of the main opposition. As for now, she is responsible to look out for the day-to-day operation so the powerful DNC.
The first message that is given by Nanda to her supporters inspires and motive them, telling all the reasons why she is the best one for the work. "Democrats are offering the positive solutions so desperately needed right now -- solutions forged by the strength of our diversity, the rigour of our ideas, and the decency of our values.
Since Trump took office, it's been clear that the number one best way for us to set our country back on track is to elect Democrats in every corner of our country. That's why I took this job,"
"My promise to my two teenage boys is to do all I can to create an America that is bright, fair, and that works for everyone -- where the opportunity for all means something," she added. Her main goal is to support the Democratic Party in such a way that the people and children will be proud of all the things that are happening in the country.
Nanda said, "Our party is strong because it's built on forging positive solutions that include everyone. I'm proud to be the first Asian American in recent memory to lead the DNC. Democrats are leading with our values and empowering people from diverse backgrounds to speak up and make our voices heard,"
