He appealed to his “brothers and sisters” to maintain “peace and brotherhood” at all times . Where he said it was important to restore “calm and normalcy” at the earliest. And while he tweeting on tweeter he added and said that he had held an extensive review on the situation, and agencies were working on the ground to restore peace.
After an hour tweet of PM MODI , Sonia Gandhi tore into the top leadership of the country and said it was “shocking” and “unfortunate” that there was silence on the Delhi violence. In a press conference she called for the resignation of Union Home Minister Amit Shah . where she also hit delhi's CM and said he “must be visible in the affected areas” and be in “constant communication with the people”.
In Delhi violence death rate in northeast Delhi rose to 24 on Wednesday , where 250 people being injured and many of them grievously. While HC said this situation was “very unpleasant”, and that “we cannot allow another 1984 riot”. It added that the highest functionaries of the state have to be “very alert.” SC also has rebuked Delhi Police for failing to act "professionally" to check the violence in north-east Delhi which has left 24 people dead, 250 people being injured and many of them grievously.
While on wednesday Sanjay Singh and Gopal Rai urged the Centre to deploy the Army in the affected areas to bring the situation under control .
