Our body becomes dehydrated in this season, so we should drink more water in the monsoon. Try to make the use of salad and boiled vegetables in your every meal during this season. We should also do some physical activity with healthy food and drink. If you can not go out of the house then you can remain physically active even without living your home and you can pull out the toxin from yourself.

You can live physically active by playing outdoor games or dancing.
